What You’ll Do (Essential Functions included but not limited to)
- Manage the full renewal cycle from marketing to policy delivery
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Review policies, endorsements, audits, and documentation for accuracy
- Provide coverage guidance and technical expertise to clients
- Process endorsements, certificates, binders, evidence of property, and related documents
- Conduct renewal analysis and manage premium collection
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations
- Partner with Producers to support retention and account growth
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of Commercial Lines experience (required)
- Active Property & Casualty License (required or ability to obtain immediately)
- Strong knowledge of commercial coverage
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Professional communication style and client-facing confidence
- Ability to manage accounts independently while collaborating with a team

Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Assistant to an Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will assist the account manager with managing the day-to-day activities of a portfolio of clients, including providing customer service, handling renewals, preparing submissions for renewal business, and reviewing quotes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
- Manage renewal accounts and ensure that all customer service needs are met.
- Reviewing applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
- Collect premiums and email policies and endorsements.
- Work directly with carriers/brokers to provide them with any information needed on renewals and/ or changes being made to policy.
- Prepare Auto ID cards, check on payments for policies in cancellation status.
License/Certification:
Property & Casualty License (Preferred)
